What types of flooring do you offer?

How do I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
To find your total square footage, multiply the length of your room by the width. We recommend adding an additional 10% to your total to account for cutting waste and future repairs.
What is your return policy for flooring materials?
Unopened boxes of current flooring may be returned within 90 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom orders are non-refundable.
Do you provide professional installation services?
Yes, we partner with independent professional installers to provide high-quality installation services for all the products we sell. You can request an estimate online or in-store.
Does my new wood flooring need to acclimate before installation?
Yes, acclimation is a critical step. Hardwood and laminate flooring should typically sit in the room where it will be installed for 3 to 7 days to adjust to the home's moisture levels and temperature.
What are your shipping and delivery options?
We offer several delivery options, including flat-rate home delivery, curbside pickup at your local store, and professional job-site delivery for larger commercial orders.
